*Note: roster information was cross-referenced with the 1961 media guide and three game program rosters (from the Arizona St., Occidental, and Seattle Rambler games). Players' names were reported in the media guide that were not in the final game program rosters. When this occurred, the game programs were used for the final determination of players listed in this roster. Media guides were typically published before pre-season camp and did not include final roster additions or deletions. The game programs for 1961 only listed the players' number, names and position. Additional information for several players was provided in the media guide, but not provided in the game programs. In these cases, information from the media guide was presented for players' personal height, weight, class year,high school and hometown. If additional information becomes available for those players listed in which we do not have this information, we will add it as it is available.
