Let Them Play: Santa Clara University Football

For the first time ever, game films from Santa Clara's football past are now available to alumni and friends of Bronco Football.

Coaches' game films were thought to have been lost when SCU dropped football but copies have recently been located and restored for viewing on a VHS player. Many games from 1960 through 1979 and most from 1986 through 1992 are available for purchase. Many earlier films are black and white, some later ones in color.

Each film can be purchased for $24.95, with $1.75 sales tax and $3.00 per film for shipping and handling. (Some games, as noted below, are partial films and available on a quarter by quarter basis.) An entire season can be purchased for $175.00, $12.25 tax and $6.00 S&H.

A VHS copy of the 1950 Orange Bowl has now been added. The 21-13 win over Kentucky is available in color and also includes the halftime show. Copies for this historic game are available for $35.00 each, plus $2.45 tax and $3.00 S&H to the address above.
